Homebuyers beware. There are many myths out there about buying a home.

First, you don't need a 20% down payment. In fact, first-time buyers only need to put 3.5% down in some cases! Down payment options can help you buy a house without that 20%.
Next, you don't need perfect credit to buy a home. Like your down payment, many programs are available to buyers with ok and good credit to help you buy a home.
But how are you supposed to find those programs in the first place? Through the help of your buyer’s agent and a trusted lender! As a buyer, you need a real estate agent by your side, so you don’t have to go through the real estate process alone.
