Just a Reminder

Just wanted to drop some truth on your feed today! The first 2 might not come as a surprise to you (you already know you’re amazing), so let’s focus on the 3rd.

In our market, you HAVE to be pre-approved before you can put an offer in on a house. If you aren’t, the sellers will probably just throw your offer out, especially if there’s a bidding war (and when isn’t there one nowadays?).

A pre-approval shows that a lender has looked through your finances and has decided that you’ll probably qualify for a certain mortgage amount. If you don’t have a pre-approval, the seller will have no idea if you can afford the home. For all they know, you could just be wasting their time.

That’s the opposite of what you want. So, if you want to buy a house, get a pre-approval done. It’s easy and free and SO worth it to know exactly what you afford.

Have any questions about getting pre-approved? Just give us a call.

Happy Tuesday It's a rainy day. N.G
